WTF Photos From The Past
Looking at these images made me realize that human nature has always been dark and twisted, it is not the aftermath of modern way of living. I only wonder what would it all look a like if there was internet then and people had an opportunity to exchange this sort of bizarre photos. Maube it’s better not to know what could all come out from the dark.

The last pic is obviously a fake. Look at the left side of the alligators mouth, it should be on the other side of the guys body, but since it was CROPPED on, it was photoshopped
Actually, this was done a long time before photoshop. It was done by a then well known travel writer & photographer, using dark room techniques. I could be mistaken, but i think it was back in the 1920′s.
Right. It’s totally not a guy with only one leg in a dead crocodile’s mouth. The only way to make an interesting photo is to photoshop it. Can’t POSSIBLY use perspective and imagination to trick the eye.
Some tools which automate social bookmarking will bookmark automatically many other links and merge these in with your money site links. I saw this in a science or math textbook once. It was illustrating the concept of precision. The total distance the train covers in one trip may be thousands of kilometers, but overshooting the mark by only a few meters(a fraction of a percentage) can result in disaster.
The one is the guy who plays Gozilla and just has part of his suit off. The one with the two robot looking things are from Doctor Who and are called Cybermen. The fat dude on the motorcycle I think is a twin and they both are in the original photo.
15th one from the top is actually from Dr. Who. Looks to be the original Cybermen.

The one with robotic-men is a clip from the original Dr. Who series. They are cybermen, i can assume that the women is the doctors companion, but sadly i dont know which one.
Well, 7th from bottom has been MADE to look old, but the clothes and the car date it to late 80′s at the earliest.
number 15 is from an old Doctor Who i believe it Sarah Jane Smith and the Cybermen
those two robots behind that girl look like cybermen from doctor who.
The “robots with woman” photo is from an early early episode of Doctor Who, probably around the 1st or 2nd Doctor. Those are Cybermen.

interesting you assumed it’s modern living that creates our darkness. i’ve always seen it as our most primal and nascent nature that gets us in trouble and that we seem unable or unwilling to evolve beyond as a species. we can try to control it all we want, in ourselves and in others, but in fact until we accept and transcend our greed, hate, and fear, which IMO come from our most primal desires for power, identity, sustenance, sex, etc. we are going to be a violent, sadistic species. not that we don’t have other qualities, but we are in conflict as much within ourselves as with each other. that’s why no amount or “correctness” of government, economy, religion, or technology will save us.

The photo with the car in the sinkhole doesn’t look very old. The car appears to be a circa 1980s vehicle judging by its “boxy” look. Maybe a Yugo or Fiat.
Most of these pictures are weird and quite funny. However, I do think that having documentation that gay couples existed prior to the gay rights movement of the late 1960′s is not weird or bizarre. Im referring to the picture of the two men posing in costume. Whereas they could be “friends,” displays of affection in pictures were usually posed in a specific way (after all getting your photo taken was quite the event). This picture should be removed from this WTF list.

One of these is just from Dr Who (the one with the women with the two robots behind her) so its not really dark or twisted. 3rd one down (the person with all the keyboards) might be walter/wendy carlos but couldnt be certain.
